November 5, 2011 | Women's Soccer Women's Soccer Name Cal Pac Champs Holy Names University took in Menlo College in their final Cal Pac Conference Match of the 2011 season. Today was defiantly a day that the team, the fans and the University will not forget.In addition to celebrating the seniors in a special ceremony prior to the game, the Hawks clinched the Cal Pac Championship with less than a minute of play in the second period.

October 24, 2011 | Women's Soccer Two Wins in the South Coach Lusson provided the women's soccer team with words of encouragement prior to their departure south last Friday. Coach Lusson reminded them that this trip was a chance to turn their season around. Together the team worked to pull off two wins; one against Soka University of America and another against Marymount College.

September 28, 2011 | Women's Soccer Remembering Joplin Last spring the disastrous tornado that whipped thru Joplin, Missouri took lives and destroyed the structures of a community. Since the storm citizens continue to put together the pieces of what was lost. The St. Mary's Elementary School, a member of the Joplin Area Catholic Schools was demolished. In an effort to lend support Holy Names University's Men's and Women's Soccer programs donated a gift of soccer balls.
September 24, 2011 | Women's Soccer Hawks Take Down Cancer and William Jessup With determination in their eyes and sporting pink in hopes of bringing awareness to cancer and cancer research the women's soccer team fought the William Jessup Warriors in their first conference match. The Hawks earned a "W" winning 1-0. The match was dedicated to "Kick It For Cancer" a program put in place by the Cancer Research Foundation to raise money towards research and preventative health.
September 15, 2011 | Women's Soccer Perez Stands Out Senior Women's Soccer player, Bittanie Perez is doing more than opening up her text books and dribbling a soccer ball. This summer Brittanie was selected to participate in the program, Beyond Study Abroad. Brittanie was one of 26 students selected from 69 applicants for a study abroad and service-learning program in Costa Rica that epitomizes the NAIA athletics experience.

September 10, 2011 | Women's Soccer Hawks Dominated by the Cougars Yesterday's game came down to the 80th minute of play. The Holy Names' Hawks met with the #1 ranked Azusa Pacific University Cougars in battle that ended in the Hawk's net. The Hawks fell to the Cougars 0-1.

High School and College teams will be promoting health education in the community as well as raising funds to help eradicate cancer.

August 31, 2011 | Women's Soccer Hawks Take a Hit From BYU Holy Names dropped their second game of regular season play to Brigham Young University-Hawaii in a 0-3 defeat. The Hawks held the Seasiders in a tied game until 3:13 when BYU scored late in the second half.
