The Holy Names University Hawks came out to battle tonight earning three consecutive games from conference rivals Johnson & Wales University. The Names remain undefeated in conference!

OAKLAND- The Holy Name University Men's Volleyball team came out hungry after losing to the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs last night. Today they took on the University of California Golden Bears beating them 3-1.

The Hawks were up against a tuff opponent tonight, with every UC Santa Cruz player measuring over 6 feet. Although Holy Names pulled a "W" in the first game, they were poisoned by the slugs losing 3-1.

After losing the first two sets to Cal Poly Pomona the Hawks battled to the end winning the match in 5 and improving their record to 4-1.
