Oakland, Ca - The Women's Cross Country team competed against Mills in a 1 Mile Scrimmage on the campus of Mills College, covering the last mile of the championship course for this years' Cal Pac. The lady hawks line up at the start line, with a crew of nine runners, all with same mindset to compete and show their strengths.

Oakland, CA- The Holy Names Men's and Women's Cross Country, started the season running a 2 and 1 Mile time trial at Redwood Park. On the Men's side, new recruit from San Francisco Fernando Diaz came in first, closely followed by returning runner and captain Zach Holt. On the Women's side, new recruit from San Francisco Agnes Silvestro crossed the finish first, followed by returning runner and captain Maricruz Espindola.

Redding, CA - Through the whole season the Women's Cross Country team has shown significant improvement and this showed with their 3rd place finish in the Cal-Pac championships.

Redding, CA - The hawks showed resiliency Saturday as they defeated Simpson and William Jessup in the CAL-PAC PREVEIW. It was a blistering hot day and several of the athletes were injured, however that didn't stop the women from smashing their competition.
