Oakland, CA - The Hawks gathered in the dining hall this last Wednesday looking to see who they would face in the first round of the NAIA DII National Tournament Championships. They waited till the last pool was announced to hear that they will be facing the Charges of Briar Cliff University.

Oakland, CA - In a game that was supposed to be a battle last night, turn out to be a display of great team defense by the Hawks. At stake was a bid to the national tournament in Sioux City, Iowa, but someone forgot to tell Menlo. The Oaks were close for the first ten minutes of the game as it would be tied at 10 points apiece. Menlo would only score 4 points in the last 10 minutes of the first half and go down 29-14. The second half would be more of the same and the Hawks would take home the victory 59-40.

Oakland, CA - Yesterday the California Pacific Conference announced its 2010 Women's Basketball All Cal-Pac Honors. For the Hawks it has been a pretty good year finishing 12-0 in conference after fiasco at Cal Maritime and an impressive 21-9 overall record.

Rocklin, CA - Tonight the Hawks took on the Warriors of William Jessup University on their senior night. From the start the Hawks made it clear they were not going to honor the Warriors seniors' with a victory. Holy Names used their trademark pressure to overpower William Jessup and in the end pull out a 69-60 victory.
