Saint Charles, MO - Holy Names University first match up of weekend was against the defending national champions Lindenwood University. The hawks put a good fight with their strong offense and defense but due to errors they lost in 3. The box score was 30-17, 30-21, 30-23.

Oakland, CA - Holy Names University made quick work of the Red Hawks of Simpson University for the second time in less than twenty-four hours. Simpson, in the ladder half of their program's debut weekend, showed signs of improvement, but were still unable to keep up with Holy Names.

Oakland, CA - The Hawks opened up against Simpson University Friday night and from the start the Hawks set the tempo pretty fast. The Red Hawks of Simpson University were not ready for the explosiveness of the Hawks' outsides and quick sets. Holy Names University defeated Simpson in 3 sets (25-19, 25-6, 25-13).

Oakland, CA - The Holy Names University Men's Volleyball program has released its 2010 game schedule. The Hawks finished the year 0-14 with limited home games and most game being played on the road. With most of their games on the road again this year they look to redeem themselves from last year's disappointing year.

The Hawks add size to the 2010 season. Mott Schweitzer, Trevor Parker, and Nicholas Kalustian all bring something new to the table for this very young Men's Volleyball Team.
