        <description>Belmont, Ca - The Holy Names Women's Cross Country team traveled to Belmont for the first annual Notre Dame de Namur Battle of the Bay Invitational, on the hilly course of Crystal Springs. The Lady Hawks finished 3rd place out of nine schools with a team score of 100, San Jose State won the race with a team score of 36 followed by by Cal State East Bay with 40. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

On the Men's side, new recruit from San Francisco Fernando Diaz came in first, closely followed by returning runner and captain Zach Holt. On the Women's side, new recruit from San Francisco Agnes Silvestro crossed the finish first, followed by returning runner and captain Maricruz Espindola.</description>
