Coach McManus will begin his second year as an assistant coach for the HNU Hawks Men's Soccer program this fall. McManus, originally from Belfast, Ireland has a strong playing history coming to HNU as a four year starter at the University of Rio Grande in Ohio where he first crossed paths with head coach Tim Hart. Brendan is completing his master's degree in education at HNU and has been instrumental in the success of the team since the new coaching staff began in 2008. Mcmanus' input to the training sessions, games, and the fitness and nutrition for the Hawks has been utilized to help improve the team. His strong character has created a good support for the coaching staff at HNU.

Coach Pouzeaud will also begin his second year as an assistant coach for the HNU Hawks Men's soccer program. Pouzeaud, originally from Los Angeles, CA played alongside coach Hart in the 2005/6 and 2006/7 soccer seasons as a central defender and returned to become a part of the coaching staff as a volunteer for the 2008/9 season. Edwin is studying his master's degree in counseling psychology and has also been instrumental with his hard work and organization in the team's success last term. He has a close connection to the players and is instrumental in the team's practice sessions and games.
