The Hawks did not wait long to start scoring/ With one of the national leaders in goal scoring on the team (Mustafa Celik) the Hawks only took 11 minutes to score their first goal. Surprisingly it was not Mustafa who started off scoring, but junior Doug Alves scores from an assist from Oscar Ruiz. Two minutes later the deadly Mustafa leaves his stamp on the game scoring the second goal off the assist of freshman Rasmus Larson. The Hawks would add on more goal before the half, goal scored by Liam Whelan and go into the Half up 3-0. The second half the Hawks had a little more difficulty getting in, but do manage to add another score and finish the game at 4-0

Next for the Hawks is a non-conference opponent in UC Santa Cruz. The Slugs who are very talented themselves will look to beat the Hawks as they have done so the last two years. Game time is 1PM on Wednesday November 1st at the Gilman Fields in Berkeley, CA. Come out and support your Hawks!
