Junior Kestrel Colomb going for the score
Oakland, CA - With the Holy Names Hawks scoring goals within the first 5 minutes of Saturday's early evening match, a win seemed inevitable against Mills College. By Half time the Hawks scored a season high 7 goals. Holy Names would end up beating the Cyclones 12-0.

The Hawks took over the game instantly against Mills in Saturday's early evening match. Within the first 5 minutes, the Hawks scored their first of many goals. The Cyclones were unable to keep with the Hawks offense and gave up 10 goals in the first half of the match. As well, the Hawks dominated the field so much, that Mills was unable to even push the ball up far enough to be in good shooting range.

The second half seemed to prove no different for the Hawks, where they chipped in another 2 goals. With everyone contributing in some way, whether it was goals, assists, or passing, the Hawks definitely seemed to be a team that was unstoppable.

Not only did the Hawks starters end up scoring, but as well players off of the bench seemed to be adding goals as well. The Hawks ended up with 3 players who scored 2 goals a piece. Nikol Molano, India Pleasant, and Kassy Angel closed the game with 2 goals a piece. The Haws ended with 63 shots while holding Mills to a total of 0 shots.
