Holy Names won the award for the second year in a row with regular season league titles in men's cross country, men's soccer, women's soccer, men's basketball, women's basketball and men's golf. The Hawks finished second in volleyball and softball (winning the NAIA qualifier and advancing to the national championships), and were third in women's cross country. The 2009-2010 Award is the seventh All-Sports Award earned by HNU in the California Pacific Conferences 14 year history.

William Jessup was second in the standings, sharing the men's basketball regular season crown, followed by Menlo (volleyball) and Simpson (softball).
