Bethany tested the composure of the Hawks in game two. HNU promptly fell behind 3-0 in the first. After playing a full game at first base, Nicole Guttormsen struggled pitching, giving up two hits and a hit batter in the first three batters. All three of them ended up scoring. Markie Benavidez - Talbott was brought in to pitch in the second and shut down Bethany the rest of the way picking up the win. Hannah Chartier was inserted to run for Martinez. Kara Ferguson followed with a single moving Chartier to 3rd. Amanda Carnero came into run for Ferguson. Lacey Parodi then sent a bomb over the center fielder's head which scored both runners and left Lacey on 2nd base. Jordynn Elwood then singled. Samantha Fisher followed with a single that scored both Parodi and Elwood. Fisher moved up to 2nd when they threw home. Taryn Thomas came up and singled scoring Fisher to end the scoring and giving the Hawks a 5-3 win.
